SANCTUARY CAP CANA IS NOW PART OF THE GRAND RESORTS AT CAP CANA, A SALAMANDER CARIBBEAN COLLECTION

Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course - the first of three planned - rivals Pebble Beach with its eight ocean-hugging holes. Site of the Champion’s Tour from it’s inception in 2008, eight of the eighteen holes of Punta Espada hug the ocean, and the remainder have views of the Caribbean. Near completion is the Las Iguanas Golf Couse, another Jack Nichalaus signature course, is slated to open end of 2011. A challenging course with a mixture of ocean front, inland and natural wet-land holes, the design allows the golfer alternative ways to play the same shot – risk & reward or safe.

The Marina at Cap Cana has mooring space for up to 500 yachts for commodores who wish to steer to the new port to find boutiques for landlubber shopping. Guests at the hotel will be treated to the central and significant part of the boating activity from which to chart their course.


And the ultimate meeting facilities…will provide nine fully functional state- of-the-art meeting rooms with capacities of between 30 and 550 people.
